It's been a while since i made some updates, sorry about that.
It's been a busy few weeks but also very exciting ones!
To start, I did 2 weeks showing at the beautiful shows in Lanaken CSI3*. Such a pleasant show with super facilities, nice food(sushi) and good riders. First week was the best week for me. Quinn jumped a super clear round and got placed in the 1.50 GP qualifier! In the GP we had a unlucky fault on the 2nd last fence but she jumped amazing:) Also the other horses did great, 7yo Quincia won the 1* GP and 8yo Florida did some great rounds in the 1.40 classes and did his first 1.45 in a very good way. 2nd week was also good with 7yo Ayade jumping 2 super clear rounds and Quinn doing again a good round in the 1.50 with only the first fence down. Also 10yo Dutch jumped into a 2nd place in the 1.30 3*, super children/junior horse. 12yo Lord jumped 2 nice rounds in the 1.40 and had a good clear round in the 1.35, very brave and nice amateur horse.
Last week i went to Moorsele, first time for me but definitely not the last time. Very nice and well organised show. I brought with me Quinn, Ayade and my new horse Diva Rosa MFS from Alasyal Stable. Ayade was placed everyday in the 7yo classes and jumped all 3 days super! Quinn did a nice clear round the first day and an ok round in the GP. Diva Rosa was the star of the weekend for sure! On our first show together she jumped 4 clear rounds:) First day in the 1.30, 2nd day in the 1.40 and the 3rd day we jumped the 1.45 LR jump off class and finished on 2nd place!!! This horse is fantastic <3 So happy and excited to have her in my stable. When you get a horse like this to your stable it makes everything easier;)
I have always had a lot of young horses and i love developing them and follow them in there careers. But i have also always dreamt about jumping bigger shows and bigger classes. Now I have such a nice group of horses to also be able to do that level and i feel so grateful for that. So thank you to my owners that trusts me with there horses and to my team that helps me getting everything to function. All of you have such an important role in it all! Johanna, Mandy, Daisy, Ulrike that all do a fantastic job at home and Fonz that is my rock on all the shows! He knows me and the horses in and out and has a big impact on the results.
This week I go with Quinn, Diva and Quincia to Le Touquet in France. Also first time at this show and I heard so many nice things about it so really looking forward to competing there!
Tomorrow me and Johanna will take some young horses to Koningsbosch and in the weekend Johanna will go with a few to Kronenberg and Asten.
Next week it starts with the Hendrix Competition for the young ones which is also very exciting:)
Have a nice week and have a look at Diva Rosa in the 1.45 LR class below!
