Peelbergen, Dubai, Oliva.

Hi everyone!

Current situation is a sun bed by the pool at St Regis Polo Club in Dubai. Life could definitely be worse! I have spending a week her coaching and helping Alia with her horses. She has been doing great at the show and jumped a super clear round in her first 1.35 with Indiana on Friday at Sharjah CSI2* For the rest we have been working on her young horse but there have also been time for watching Polo and enjoying the wonderful life in Dubai. I have before been based here for 3 years in the winters doing the showjumping circuit. It's great to come back and meet old and new friends. The showjumping have been growing a lot here with many nice 2-5* shows. This year here is many European riders what have chosen to come here for a few months and enjoy the weather, life, shows, etc. So if you want to have a nice new tour to go to next year have a look at the Arab Tour in the UAE. Here both you and your horses will have a great time.

Today i'm gonna try to play Polo for the first time! They have promised to give me a nice and sweet pony;) Looks extremely difficult when they play in full speed chasing this tiny little ball.. 

At home the whole team have been doing a great job taking care of everything while i need to go of for a different kind of job. I'm very lucky to have all these super people working for me and caring as much for the horses as i do. Johanna was away jumping some of the young horses. The youngest babies had a nice training in Baexem and a few of the others went to De Warre on saturday. Chintano, Daylight, Chakilly, Image, Catero(with Hanne) all jumped very nice there. Next week is a busy week before we head of to Oliva for 3 weeks. Fonz leaves on wednesday evening with the horses and i fly down next Sunday. So excited to go there for 3 weeks with a group of promising young horses and also Quinn and Florida for the bigger classes. Can't wait!

Now i'm gonna finish my lunch by the pool. Then some jumping with Alia and Gigi after that Polo time!
